  • Anyone interested or currently working the communications industry, any gender, including those in corporate, business, academia. At the moment, our membership is only open to Malaysians, regardless of location.

    We have three categories of memberships: Individuals, Corporate and Associates. Please read through our membership tier to find the best one and suitable for you. If still unclear, feel free to contact us at hello@mywomeninpr.com.

  • We have: Associate (Student), Individual (Professional), Corporate (two-seat). Find one that best fits your needs on our membership tier page. 

    We also invite individuals and corporations to become Friends of WIPR.

  • No. While Women in PR is women-centric, our vision and mission involve all in communications allies of any gender are welcomed to come together and further the cause and objectives of WIPR.

    However, only women are allowed to become committee members of WIPR.

  • Yes, all Malaysians are welcomed regardless of location.

  • Fees differ by categories. You may refer to our membership fees on our Membership page.

  • Payments are currently via bank transfer and online transfer only. Receipts will be emailed to the email address registered with us.

  • Yes, your membership will be renewed annually. You’ll get a reminder before the renewal.

    You can cancel any time before the renewal date by contacting us at hello@mywomeninpr.com.

  • No, we will only issue a payment receipt.

  • Membership access starts immediately after payment, so fees are non-refundable.

    If you were charged in error or have other concerns, please contact us within 7 days at hello@mywomeninpr.com.

  • As a member of WIPR, you stand with us in redefining the perception of PR and elevating its influence in organisations and society.

    In addition, our members will benefit through our networking events, leadership and board-readiness workshops, member-only events/roundtables, speaking/media call-outs, our collaborations and priority/discounts for programs.

  • Each category of membership brings its own advantages. Please go through our membership tier and find one that best suits your needs.

  • Members receive priority access and, where applicable, member-only pricing.

  • Normally we organize our events in Kuala Lumpur where most of our members are located.

    However, we also have hybrid/online options, and are looking into various other locations in Malaysia and possibly outside of Malaysia for further exposure. 

    Venue details will be written at each event page.

  • Selected events are open to non-members at standard rates. Members get priority and better rates.

  • Please read through our membership options for more information on it or email us at hello@womeninpr.com.

  • Please notify us at hello@mywomeninpr.com when there are changes in your company.

  • Current full-time student status in a relevant program. Upload a valid student ID or enrollment letter.

  • Students are able to participate in our events to gain the most benefit.

  • From your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops next auto-renewal; current-term access remains until expiry. We do not offer any refund.

  • Yes, we have code of conduct applicable to all members. We strive to create a safe environment for all, and professional, respectful behaviour is required.

    Harassment, solicitation spam, or confidentiality breaches can lead to suspension or removal from our membership.

  • We collect only what’s needed to run your membership and programs, store it securely, and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights. Consent is required on all forms.

  • Once you register and make payment, please send us your payment slip.

    We usually approve within seven (7) working days.

    If you don’t hear from us within that time frame, please contact us immediately at hello@mywomeninpr.com.
